Tyler Dunn

Tyler spent the beginning of his legal career at the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office, where he held positions in juvenile court, drug court, and later handling circuit court felonies. During his time as a prosecutor, he handled hundreds of cases ranging from drug trafficking and domestic violence to kidnapping, manslaughter, and sex crimes. Tyler specialized in internet crimes against children, digital evidence, and post-conviction proceedings before he left the prosecutor’s office.

Doug and Cathy Norwood hand-selected Tyler to join their firm because of his reputation as a knowledgeable prosecutor. Now, Tyler uses his extensive knowledge of Arkansas criminal law and procedure to protect the rights of the accused. Tyler’s favorite thing about practicing criminal defense is fighting cases where police officers illegally obtained evidence.

Tyler graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with degrees in History and Philosophy. He attended the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, where he was a member of the Arkansas Law Review and graduated magna cum laude.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys playing and performing music on several instruments including guitar, piano, and pedal steel guitar, or running, cycling, and hiking on the trails around Northwest Arkansas.
